Deb’s Story

There was a time approximately 3 years ago where I did not leave my house for 2 years due to Agoraphobia. I see a Neuropsychologist every Wednesday for my Traumatic Brain Injury and also for my C- PTSD. Despite all of this I stay strong and positive. I have to keep a positive mindset or I can spiral down a very dark hole which I do not want to go to or stay in. I want to encourage everyone that you can make it and that you can find love again. You just have to hold onto hope, the sun will rise tomorrow.
